SoundStorm Music Education Agency (BCP Council)

SoundStorm is the award-winning Music Education Agency for the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole conurbation. Hosted within BCP Council, it co-leads the South Coast Music Partnership, the Arts Council funded music hub stretching from Poole to Portsmouth, as well as being strategic lead for activities in BCP.

SoundStorm works closely with partners in Southampton and Portsmouth, with all the state schools in BCP, and with over 60 delivery partners locally, regionally and nationally to enrich the school music curriculum, deliver training and support a wide range of extra curricular opportunities, including 19 ensembles. It also provides small grants and support for young people facing barriers to music making.
