Arts by the Sea Festival

Arts by the Sea is a family-friendly event, inclusivity, diversity and sustainability are at the heart of all that we do. We bring together diverse music, intriguing spectacles, dance, street theatre and participatory experiences. We bring cultural experiences to Bournemouth Town Centre for our headline event at the end of September.

We bring performances and participation experiences to our community events in early September across the conurbation. We champion local and emerging talents and provide a variety of opportunities to support their creative talent.

We would like to hear from local artists and creatives who would be interested in working with us. We work with schools, local community groups and organisations to give people creative experiences. We would like to connect with local community groups and organisations to get more people involved in creative and cultural events and to showcase different communities.
